GhostBlind Industries is accepting a limited number of dealers for 2010

No Internet Sales; Retail Store Sales Only!
You must have a retail business with posted hours.

For a Dealer Application or for more information, please fill out the following form completely.

The following information will be required prior to being approved:

The application, completed.
A copy of your business/state sales tax license.
A copy of one of the following forms of advertising: yellow page listing, magazine/ newspaper ad, business card, etc.
You must provide a photo of your sales floor and posted hours.
Your Dealer Application will be placed on hold if all required information is not provided.
